Dude, give it up. Trying to find a free, open Wifi spot in Singapore is harder than finding a Singaporean that doesn't support the current ruling party. According to my friend, Singapore has advanced past the stage of offering free Wifi. I think they just want to squeeze as much money out of our pockets as they possibly can.
